Tile & Flooring Calculator — Privacy policy

Tile & Flooring Calculator is an estimating app for wall tile, floor tile
and plank flooring, made by Pro Vision Services LLC (Fairbury, Illinois). It is
designed to collect as little as possible. There is no account, no login, and no
email address is ever asked for.
What stays on your device
- Your job. Room and wall measurements, tile or plank size,
grout joint, pattern, trowel, carton size, price and job name are saved on the
phone so a half-entered takeoff survives the app being closed. This never
leaves your device.
- Your settings. The values under "Your numbers" — smallest
acceptable cut, movement gap, grout type, tile thickness — are stored on the
device only.
- Whether you have unlocked the estimate sheet. Stored on
the device so the feature keeps working with no signal.
What leaves your device
- An anonymous purchase identifier. To sell and restore the
one-time estimate-sheet unlock, the app uses RevenueCat, which assigns a
random anonymous identifier to the installation. It is not your name, email,
phone number or Google account, and it is not linked to any of them. It exists
so that a purchase can be restored if you reinstall or change phones.
- Purchase records. Google Play processes the payment and
tells RevenueCat whether it succeeded, so the app knows to unlock the feature.
We never see your card or payment details.
The PDF estimate sheet
The PDF is created on your phone from the numbers you typed. It is not
uploaded to us or to anyone else. When you share it, Android's own share sheet
sends it wherever you choose — email, messages, a printer, a file. That
destination is your choice, and the file never passes through our servers.
What the app does not do
- No ads, and no advertising identifier. The app does not request the
Android advertising ID at all.
- No analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting.
- No account, no sign-in, no email address collected.
- No location, camera, microphone, contacts or files on your phone.
- Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
This is a tool for people ordering building materials. It is not directed at
children and collects nothing that could identify one.
Data deletion
Everything the app stores about your work lives on your phone; uninstalling
the app deletes it. To have the anonymous purchase record deleted, email
support@provision.services and
say which app you mean. Note that deleting the purchase record also removes our
ability to restore your unlock.
