Pro Vision Services LLC ("we," "us") operates provision.services. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and to understand how the site is used.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. The form is processed by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that transmits your submission to us by email. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you request.
If you call us, we may keep notes about your project so we can follow up. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, general geographic region, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data as described in Google's privacy policy. We see aggregated reports; we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained briefly and reviewed only when needed.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Browsers with "Do Not Track" or tracking protection enabled will simply be counted less accurately, which is fine with us.
How long we keep information
Contact form submissions are kept as ordinary business email for as long as they remain relevant to an inquiry or client relationship. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including California and Virginia), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to ask that it be corrected, or to ask that it be deleted. Because we collect so little, these requests are easy: call 815-692-3123 or use the contact form and we will handle it promptly. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-party links
Our portfolio links to websites we designed for clients. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we may or may not manage. Check each site's own policy.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not make changes that weaken your privacy without saying so plainly here.
